Why is MLM prospecting vital skill?



Let me start with a simple fact my friends. You might be associated with the best MLM company ever, selling a really unique product, generating leads like crazy but if you don't get MLM prospecting right, chances are you are still struggling or not sponsoring people in such a large number.
MLM prospecting simply means talking to your prospects and as for the reason MLM has always been and will always be a relationship and people business, this is really most essential skill you want to learn to explode your Network Marketing business.

Let me just touch on something important too. Don't call a prospect any unqualified lead... meaning your friends and family and acquaintances with non business mindset. You can waste your time and talk to them for hours and there is no magic MLM prospecting button you can push in order to sell your Network Marketing business opportunity to an unqualified person.

MLM Prospecting tips

Tip #1

Keep the first phone call short and sweet ad of course write down what you are about to say.

Tip #2

Use your prospect's name often. This is one of the greatest feeling for a person when they call his or her name.

Tip #3

Ask questions. The person who asks questions controls the speech. You know we have 2 ears and 1 mouth meaning that this should be the right rate to use them. In other words listen more and talk less. The more information you give to your prospect the more confused he or she can get and the harder it gets for you to sell yourself to them (video presentation have arrived already and they will do the telling for you). Let the tools do the explaining and remember: facts tell but stories sell (introduce your own story - why you are doing what you are doing).

Listening more is really an important MLM prospecting trick as you want to give the person whatever he or she wants and to make this happen you have to watch out for his or her hot button. Once you have got this you now know what you have to talk about to help make a decision. This way you can give them what they want.

 Tip #4

Don't sell, don't try to convince the person, only share your knowledge. This is the only way people will see your value and can come to a conclusion where they want to join you in your team.

Tip #5

Demonstrate leadership! Remember that you are trying to get this person to join you on your team. People don't join people who don't know where they want to go with their lives. Your prospect has to feel that you are the leader he has been waiting for and you guide him into the right direction. That's why you have to be confident and don't ask your prospect what to do, tell him instead! For example: "Mr. Prospect next I want you to do this and this..." If you only know a little bit more than the person you are talking to you've got him; keep this in mind and this will help you put yourself in a leader position.

Using Attraction Marketing can also be a MLM prospecting tool as it helps you feel more confident in your position because that way leads contact with you on a daily basis, asking for your help and you only start calling them and building up the relationship. How confident would you be if you had someone come to you and ask for your advice about which Network Marketing he should join (you only here to help and he was the one contacted you, right... easy game).

Tip #6

Don't be afraid of starting closing - you are in the game to sell something, right? If this person wants what you have they will sign up anyhow.

Tip #7

Overcome objection - ignore them and carry on. Most objections people say are not real. Here is the magic question to see if they are telling you the truth: "If this time everything you say as for your objections (money, time, no people to talk to) was fine, would you get started?"
